Grief is a natural process but we don’t always recognize that it’s what we’re experiencing, especially in response to something like Covid-19. Join Via Hope Facilitators Maisha Barrett and Christina Carney as we explore different types of grief, the stages of grief, meaning and post-traumatic growth.
